Here at Dessert Works we take great pride in producing beautiful and delicious products.  We wanted to take some time to thank those of you who have reached out to us and given us feedback on their orders.  

This baby shower cake was a custom design done for a customer.  They contacted us 3 weeks prior to the baby shower and we worked together to create the perfect cake for their occasion.  They had a design in mind which we recreated.  The rattle and baby blocks were all custom made out of rolled chocolate, which is similar to fondant but much tastier!  On our Facebook page, the customer posted “Just wanted to thank you for the amazing cake. It looked even more beautiful in person and everyone at the shower loved it, especially the mom-to-be. The cake was tasty and everyone enjoyed it, which is hard to do in my family. We got the day/night flavor and highly recommend it. THANKS AGAIN!!!!! You’re a very talented artist.”  Thank you for the kind words and we look forward to helping you in the future.

Another cake which turned out beautifully was this Cinderella themed Bridal Shower cake.  Two weeks prior to the shower, the customer came in knowing she wanted a Cinderella themed shower cake, but was not sure exactly where to go with it.  She had purchased a glass slipper already and liked the idea of incorporating it into the cake design.  Working to keep her budget in mind, we were able to use the slipper and make a cake fit for a princess.  She also bought the small birds to go on the rolled chocolate draping, just like in the movie.  Again, this cake didn’t disappoint.  “This cake was everything I imagined and asked for and more! It was amazing for our day and was so extremely yummy the guests were talking about it all day and I could not be happier thank you so much! I highly recommend your shop! I will be back for sure!”
