How did you end up at
Dessert Works? My wife, Megan, told
me about Dessert Works. She works for
one of the hotels Dessert Works does the wedding cakes for. I left a savory kitchen for sweet sweet
Dessert Works.
What is your job at
Dessert Works? I’m the Sous
Chef. I am second to the executive chef,
Kristen. I am in charge of all the
ordering. I also oversee production,
manage the other chefs in the kitchen and I’m the owners right hand man. I’m able to fill in in other departs when
needed as well.
What is your favorite
part of your job? I love the ever
changing challenges. I’m a problem
solver at heart.
