What does your job
consist of? Here at Dessert Works I
work in the cake department. I help with
all aspects of filling and decorating cakes.
How did you end up at
Dessert Works? After graduating from
Le Cordon Bleu, I was looking for a job that I would love. I heard about Dessert Works from a friend who
just so happened to work at DW. I
applied and have been here happily ever since.
What is your favorite
item we have at Dessert Works? It’s
hard to pick just one, but I was able to narrow it down to 3: the Carrot Cake,
Three Berry Gallette, and the Ripe Red Raspberry cake!
What is your favorite
part of your job? My favorite part
of working at Dessert Works is being able to do what I love for work every
day. Another part I love is all of the
new friends I have made while working here.
